My name is Lisa Orlando, and I can honestly say there is not much that escapes the stroke of my paint brush.  My 20 plus years as a self taught art & design fanatic as given me many wonderful opportunities in the creative design industry.

Attending workshops, certification programs, trial and error, and lots of hands on experience, has lead me to some of my most exciting accomplishments.  Some of which I am most proud would include: live appearances on Public Television; featured artist at The Southern Ideal Home Show for several years in a row; featured artist with designer Vern Yip of the TV show "Trading Spaces"; studio and set design work for several magazine, catalog and design companies; along with the responsibility for developing and designing the nationwide "Do-It-Yourself" program for Lowes Home Improvement stores.

As a decorative painting instructor, I've also had the priviledge of teaching over 1800 students in North Carolina alone, and can say teaching still remains the highlight of my career.  It brings me great joy to see people who never thought they had a creative bone in their body light up with excitement at what they can accomplish! 

As my journey continues I look forward to many more exciting opportunities, and I wish for you.. A life lived in full color!  And, maybe a chance to paint together!
